About Sikerei

Sikerei is a project for the design and production of exclusive humidors

It is based on the artistic imperative and the tradition in the Cuban joinery, to provide a product that express the continuity of the historical alliance between art and cigars.

We strive to manufacture unique humidors with details and techniques of Cuban artisans, who portray the tradition of the origin of cigars and make having a Sikerei humidor a complete experience for the smoker.

The humidors from Sikerei Art Gallery appeals to the sensibility of the Cuban contemporary art and have joined several artists who intervene different pieces, pouring in them their singular poetics. Although the main topic is based on the Cigar, we can always find ingenious results where the creators have spread all its imagination.

In present time, “Sikerei Art Gallery” count with a wide representation of Cuban contemporary artists and a variety of humidors designed for the pictorial decoration.

This line of Sikerei products is based on the creation of exclusive design humidors, where the creativity and the common sense are the two pillars that define it. This humidor line shares the artistic sensibility of the humidors painted by the artists, and it is expressed in two basic directions: one related with the recycle and the re-interpretation, and other where is projected the design in its most creative way.

From the recycle and the re-interpretation are intervened Radios of the first half of the XX Century, through a work where the industrial engineering and the design are complemented, and where a radio is transformed into a humidor to became a "Radiohumidor". It is a delicate and meticulous work where the final result is really very interesting, not only because off the excellence of the humidor; but for the new "Radiohumidors" possesses a nostalgic and fantastic halo that invites to the memory and recreates the atmospheres of the time in which the cigars were the main character of those long hours dedicated by the Cubans to listen the radio during the XX Century.
